These Terms & Services govern access to webdesigninfographic.com and the design, content, and front-end development work offered by Web Design Infographic. By browsing this website, submitting a form, or engaging the studio, you agree to the conditions below. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records.
Web Design Infographic is a web design agency that plans, designs, and builds static marketing websites, brand experiences, and related digital materials. References to “we”, “us”, or “the studio” mean Web Design Infographic operating at webdesigninfographic.com. References to “you” mean a visitor, subscriber, or client.
This website is a presentation of our work and an invitation to start a conversation. Publishing a package on the Pricing page does not create a contract until both sides confirm scope in writing by email.
You may view, share, and print pages for personal evaluation of our services. You may not scrape the site in a way that impairs performance, attempt to interfere with forms, introduce malicious code, or present our layouts, copy, or visuals as your own product.
All photographs, interface compositions, written content, and the Web Design Infographic mark are provided to describe our practice. They remain protected by copyright and trademark principles. You receive no license to reuse studio materials in a competing template, theme, or client deliverable without written permission.
Contact, subscribe, unsubscribe, and homepage enquiry forms are client-side tools. Submitting a form is a request for communication, not an order, payment, or guaranteed booking. After a valid submission you will see a confirmation message. A representative follows up using the details you provided.
You are responsible for the accuracy of names, email addresses, and project descriptions. Do not submit confidential passwords, payment card numbers, or information about other people without authority. We may ignore incomplete, automated, or abusive submissions.
Typical studio work includes discovery, information architecture, visual design, responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScript, content structuring, and launch preparation. Unless a statement of work says otherwise, services do not include e-commerce checkout, server-side applications, hosting accounts, domain registration, paid advertising, or ongoing retainers.
Deliverables, review rounds, and timelines are defined per project. Additional pages, extra revision cycles, new brand systems, photography production, or rush schedules may be quoted separately. We will not begin out-of-scope work without confirmation.
You warrant that logos, text, product claims, and images you supply are owned by you or licensed for the intended use. You remain responsible for the legality of claims about your business. Web Design Infographic may decline to publish content that appears misleading, unlawful, or harmful.
Until fees for a defined phase are settled as agreed, Web Design Infographic retains ownership of working files, unused concepts, and source layouts. Upon completion of a paid website project, you receive a license to use the approved website for your own brand. The studio may display the work in our portfolio unless you request a reasonable delay in writing before launch.
Feedback should be consolidated and sent by an authorized contact. Silence after a review deadline stated in email may be treated as approval so the project can proceed. Cosmetic preferences that reverse earlier approvals can affect timeline and fees.
Static websites are delivered as files and documented page list. Browser support covers current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Issues caused by later third-party changes, hosting misconfiguration, or unapproved edits are outside the original build warranty unless a care plan exists.
Prices shown on this website are illustrative starting points. A written quotation reflecting page count, art direction, and schedule is required before work is reserved. Fees are for professional services, not goods sold through a shop. There is no cart, checkout, or automated billing on this site.
If a deposit is requested, it is applied to the first design phase. Work paused by the client for more than thirty days may need a restart fee to cover re-briefing. Third-party licenses (fonts, stock, plugins) remain the client’s cost unless included in the quote.
Articles, FAQs, and case narratives are educational. They are not legal, financial, accessibility certification, or security audit services. You should obtain independent advice where your industry requires it. We design with care for readability and structure, but accessibility is a shared responsibility that continues after launch.
We expect courteous communication. Harassment of studio staff, repeated unpaid scope expansion, or instructions to copy another company’s protected design may lead us to pause or end the engagement. Either party may stop a project by written notice; fees for work already performed remain payable, and unused prepaid amounts for unfinished phases may be discussed in good faith.
The website and studio services are provided with reasonable professional care. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of webdesigninfographic.com, fitness for a particular commercial result, or that a design will achieve a specific ranking, conversion rate, or revenue number.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web Design Infographic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm arising from use of this website or from delays caused by third-party platforms. Our aggregate liability for a project is limited to the fees paid to Web Design Infographic for that project during the three months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify Web Design Infographic against claims arising from content you supplied, from your use of the finished website, or from your breach of these terms, including allegations that your materials infringe another party’s rights.
Personal information submitted through forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Email subscribe and unsubscribe pages exist so you can control marketing messages. Transactional replies about an active brief are not the same as newsletter mailings.
We may update pages, packages, and these terms as the studio evolves. The version published on this page on the date you use the site or confirm a project is the version that applies, unless a signed statement of work sets different commercial terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Social profiles and external resources are provided for convenience. Web Design Infographic does not control those properties and is not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Fonts and icon libraries loaded from public CDNs are governed by their own licenses.
The Web Design Infographic name, geometric mark, color system, and original copy on this website are studio assets. You may not register confusingly similar names or use our mark to imply a partnership that does not exist.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including infrastructure outages, illness, or interruptions that prevent collaboration. We will communicate and reschedule in good faith.
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These terms, together with a confirmed project email or statement of work and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement about website use and studio services, replacing prior informal discussions unless expressly incorporated.
